Financial Communications Specialist 100% (w/m/d)

We are looking for an experienced Financial Communications Specialist to lead our external financial reporting and corporate disclosure activities. In this role, you will play a key part in communicating the company's performance, strategy, and progress to external stakeholders through high-quality financial publications and corporate communications.

You will manage core financial communication outputs such as the Annual Report, interim financial reports, and corporate announcements, ensuring clarity, consistency, and alignment with regulatory disclosure standards.

• The role reports directly to the VP Investor Relations
• Lead the end-to-end development and production of the Annual Report (print and digital), coordinating inputs from Finance, Communications, Legal, Sustainability, and Executive Management
• Oversee the preparation of interim reports and financial publications, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and alignment with disclosure requirements
• Draft press releases, corporate announcements, talking points, and executive communication materials related to financial results and company developments
• Develop and maintain a consistent flow of corporate storytelling content highlighting the company's strategy, commitments, and progress
• Collaborate closely with Investor Relations, Finance, Strategy & M&A, Communications, and Executive Management to refine messaging and disclosures
• Manage relationships with external partners and agencies (designers, writers, translators, publishing systems) to ensure timely and high-quality deliverables

• 6-8 years of experience in financial communications, corporate communications, or investor relations—ideally within a multinational listed company
• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Finance, or a related field
• Exceptional writing, storytelling, editing, and proofreading skills, with the ability to translate complex financial information into clear messages
• Strong project management and multitasking abilities, with experience handling multiple priorities under tight deadlines
• Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, with confidence working alongside senior leadership and C-suite executives
• Native or bilingual English proficiency; German is an advantage
