We are currently offering a term position for the role of:
Senior DevOps Engineer
As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you will join a shared DevOps service team and play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable DevOps pipelines and infrastructure for regulated medical software. The Senior DevOps Engineer ensures the delivery of stable, secure, and scalable systems, enabling faster development cycles while meeting strict quality and compliance standards. In this role, the Senior DevOps Engineer collaborates closely with international, cross-functional teams and contributes to knowledge sharing, mentorship, and continuous improvement.
The role is based in Rotkreuz and is offered as a fixed-term assignment until the end of 2026, with a possible extension.
AUFGABENBESCHREIBUNG
- Design, develop, and maintain DevOps pipelines, infrastructure, and documentation
- Ensure regulatory compliance for medical software systems
- Enable secure, stable, and scalable platforms
- Communicate complex technical concepts within global and intercultural teams
- Support team members through technical leadership and mentorship
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in DevOps or engineering
- Proven experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and virtualization
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent English communication skills
- Motivation to create impact in healthcare and patient outcomes
