To strengthen our digital team, we are looking for a motivated and committed Partner success coordinator (m/f/d) 80% in Basel Headquarters as of 02.06.2025.

Your Tasks

• You act as a 1st level supporter for our partner program.
• You work on such topics as: partner quality of service/customs payment, customer care support for specific cases, platform use consultancy (Mirakl).
• You give guidance to our partners, help them better perform through our website.
• You support the payment process, control the partner situation and solve invoicing issues when needed.
• You support all partners and wholesale suppliers in the coordination of the retail media KPIs reports: provide online success KPIs related to retail media activations.
• You are responsible for the eConsignment contact mailbox: read and redirect all incoming requests to internal teams
• You assess new leads for future onboardings.
• You deal with other requests/legal, etc..
• You work on partner experience success initiatives, e.g. webinar trainings to partners (onboarding sessions).
• You build a community, increase satisfactory of our marketplace partners, suggesting measures to ease the partnerships.

your profile

• You have a degree in marketing, sales or in a related field.
• You have experience related to customer care.
• You have knowledge of Mirakl tool.
• You are solution-oriented, proactive and have excellent communication skills.
• You are fluent in Englisch.
