RECITE is a global transformation program designed to simplify and harmonize end-to-end business processes, data, and IT solutions, operating as a functional backbone for dormakaba's strategy and transformation program (Shape4growth), enabling profitable growth, customer centricity, and operational efficiency.

We are seeking a visionary and strategic leader to join our transformation journey as Head of Global Business Process Excellence. In this role you will drive global process standardization, harmonization, and optimization across the dormakaba Group, ensuring our business processes deliver measurable value and support strategic IT initiatives.

A Job That Matters: Your Tasks

Strategic Leadership: Champion and embed the Business Process Excellence strategy across the organization, fostering a global mindset in process, application, and data management.

Transformation Program Leadership: Act as a core member of the RECITE transformation program, ensuring alignment across Global Process Owners (GPOs) and Global Process Experts (GPEs).

Governance & Change Management: Together with the GPO team and the Overall-Leader of the RECITE Project: evaluate and approve global change requests, escalating major decisions to the Chief Transformation Officer.

Cross-Functional Integration: Guide GPOs, GPEs, and IT partners to integrate business processes across functions and geographies, balancing standardization with market-specific needs.

Value-Based Prioritization: Apply ROI-driven methodologies to prioritize initiatives, supporting RECITE program budgeting and portfolio management.

Process Optimization: Drive lean process re-engineering and foster collaboration between business and IT stakeholders.

Strategic Alignment: Ensure business and IT architectures are aligned to support long-term strategic goals.

Ambassadorship: Serve as a key ambassador for the RECITE program and process optimization initiatives.

An Experience That Matters: Your Skills

Minimum 5 years of experience in a global, matrixed organization with diverse stakeholder management.

Proven expertise in business process re-engineering and lean methodologies.

Strong familiarity with SAP, Salesforce, and other core business applications.

Deep understanding of end-to-end business processes across the value chain.

Demonstrated leadership in complex, matrix environments.

Master's or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Systems Analysis, or a related field.

Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
