Based at our sites in Marin, we are currently looking for a:
Reporting to the Global IT Manager, this hybrid role is well suited to an individual with an understanding of SAP development and SAP Basis administration, whom is seeking to grow within a dynamic and supportive environment.
The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting our SAP landscape by providing first-level support, delivering small-scale developments to accelerate delivery timelines, and performing SAP Basis activities to enhance responsiveness to user’s needs.
Your Mission
Key Responsibilities:
First-level Support:
- Address and resolve basic SAP related incidents and service requests.
- Act as a liaison between users and senior SAP team members
Development Tasks:
- Implement small-scale enhancements and fixes in SAP (ABAP or other relevant technologies).
- Collaborate with functional teams to understand requirements and deliver quick solutions.
Basis Administration:
- Perform routine SAP BC tasks such as user management, transport handling, and system monitoring.
- Support system performance tuning and troubleshooting.
- Design, build, and maintain SAP roles and authorization concepts
- Manage user access and authorization assignments
- Ensure compliance with security policies and SoD principles
Collaboration & Documentation
- Work closely with senior developers and consultants to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain clear documentation of support activities and developments.
Your qualifications and skills:
- Bachelor's or Matster's degree in IT, Computer Science, or relevant experience in a similar role.
- Basic knowledge of SAP architecture and modules.
- Experience to ABAP development or other SAP-related programming languages.
- Understanding of SAP Basis concepts and system administration.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
- Good communication skills in English and French.
- Curious, motivated to learn, efficient, and solution-oriented
- Proactive, rigorous and reliable, with a strong will to take initiatives
