Product Manager - OEM Account
In this role, you drive the service business strategy for key OEM customers, shaping the product portfolio to meet their needs and ensure profitable growth. You own the full product lifecycle from a service perspective and translate market and customer insights into effective, data-driven strategies.
Reponsabilities
- Responsible for the service business in the Global Key Account teams
- Developing strategies to grow the service business with these OEM customers based on market and competitive intelligence
- Deriving business plans from the growth strategy and directing market introduction plans
- Identifying customer technical roadmaps and drive corresponding product development
- Ensure profitable sales growth by a strong product positioning incl. pricing
- Internal alignment with Business Unit Semiconductor Solutions Group (SSG) on OEM strategy
- Monitoring the market to address evolving needs and trends, and defend VAT's market position
- Managing sales and profitability targets for the dedicated OEMs
Qualifications
- Bachelor/Master's degree in sciences / engineering or equivalent education
- Additional degree in economics and / or marketing or successful record of accomplishment in a commercial position
- Background or experience in Key Account Management or OEM business of high-tech products beneficial
- Experience in product management within a high tech international environment, preferably in the vacuum industry or
critical component B2B business - Experience with challenging negotiations with large customers, especially US-based companies
- Fluent business English skills in written and spoken
- Strong business acumen, strategic thinking and know-how to further build our customer's trust and loyalty
- Ability to provide fact-driven solutions and to translate the market requirements into growth strategies with related execution plans
- Strong interpersonal, time management, analytical and communication skills
