​Your responsibilities: 
​
General Ledger & Month-End Close 

• Assist with monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing activities
• Prepare and post journal entries, including accruals, prepayments, and reclassifications
• ​Reconcile general ledger accounts and investigate variances
• ​Support the maintenance of chart of accounts and accounting master data
  

Financial Reporting & Analysis 

• Assist in preparing internal financial reports
• ​Support variance analysis between actuals and budget
• Ensure data accuracy and completeness for management reporting
  ​ 

Compliance & Controls 

• ​Ensure accounting activities comply with company policies, internal controls, and relevant accounting standards (IFRS/Swiss GAAP) 
• Assist with internal and external audit requests
  ​ 

Operational Support

• Collaborate with relevant stakeholders inside and outside the Finance Organisation to ensure accurate and timely data flow
• ​Maintain organized documentation 

​ Your profile: 
​Education & Experience 

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field or comparable education
• Minimum 5 years of experience in an accounting role
• ​Good understanding of general accounting principles
  ​ 

Skills 

• ​Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities
• ​High attention to detail and accuracy
• ​Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with ERP systems (SAP, Microsoft dynamics, or similar) is a plus
• Good communication and organizational skills
• ​Ability to work collaboratively and meet deadlines
  ​ 

Language: 

• ​Good working knowledge of German and English
