Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook authentic Punjabi dishes, including curries, tandoori specialties, and traditional breads.
• Develop and refine recipes to maintain the highest quality and authenticity of flavors.
• Ensure food preparation meets health and safety standards.
• Manage kitchen operations, including inventory, food storage, and cleanliness.
• Collaborate with the team to create seasonal menus and special dishes.
• Train and mentor kitchen staff on Indian cooking techniques and recipes.
• Maintain consistency in taste, presentation, and portion sizes.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Indian Chef, specializing in Punjabi cuisine.
• In-depth knowledge of Indian spices, ingredients, and cooking techniques.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Punjabi/Hindi or English; knowledge of German or another language is a plus.
• Formal culinary training or certification is preferred but not mandatory.
• Passion for Indian cuisine and a commitment to delivering high-quality dishes.
