Job Description
-
Continuous improvements of our robotic systems
-
Maintaining a fleet of quadrotors and a set of robot demos
-
Setting up and conducting experiments in the lab and in the field
-
Code reviewing, code optimization, and implementation of new features
-
Full time, but part-time applicants will be considered
-
Work on project LINA, a high-tech testing infrastructure of autonomous systems
Requirements
-
Knowledge of German or Swiss German (C1-C2 level) and familiarity with Swiss working system
-
M.Sc. or B.Sc. in Mechanical Eng., Electrical Eng., Computer Science, or related field
-
Knowledge of C++ and Python
-
Experience with embedded systems
-
Ability to work organized and independently
-
Good communication skills in English
-
Plus: Robot Operating System (ROS)
-
Plus: Knowledge of FPV quadrotor hardware and firmware
-
Plus: Experience piloting RC aircraft, or willingness to learn
-
Plus: 3D CAD experience (Onshape)
-
Plus: Soldering and hardware prototyping
