You will join the GQS team in the Global Quality division consisting of 10 highly qualified and dedicated employees located across our sites in Denmark, Bern, Munich - you can be situated in any of these countries and will report to the manager for QMS in Denmark. The position is temporary until the 31st of December 2026.
The team owns most of the global quality processes and the IT system, Veeva Quality, that supports them. We maintain Veeva Quality and associated procedures in close collaboration with the global Subject Matter Expert (SME) stakeholders across the company, by processing improvement requests, developing training material and defining and monitoring quality KPIs in support of the quarterly management reviews.
As a QMS Business Analyst, you will assist the process managers in the team with implementing improvements to the Deviation, CAPAs, Change Control, Quality Risk Management and other global quality processes. This includes specifying, designing and testing the changes impacting our Veeva Quality QMS.
You will work closely together with the other GQS team members, to give input to the many and sometimes challenging change requests to ensure that we continuously provide value adding improvements to the quality system. You may have the opportunity to run your own global quality improvement project.

Your tasks:
- Collaborate with core SMEs and super users to agree on improvements
- Write/maintain Policies, SOPs and work Instructions
- Develop training material and train qualified trainers
- Participate in the Change Advisory Board for Veeva Quality
- Define and assist in test/validation of changes to Veeva Quality
Are you our next pioneer?
To succeed in this role you will need:
- A bachelor or higher degree in pharmacy, biochemistry, engineering or other natural sciences degrees
- +1 years of experience in quality assurance operations working with e.g. deviations, change controls and CAPAs
- Good IT skills incl. working with MS office applications
- Proficiency in English
It is an advantage, if you have experience working with Veeva Quality QMS or other IT quality systems.

To succeed in this role, you must have excellent stakeholder management skills, thrive to work closely with other team members at a distance and be good at organizing your work to meet critical deadlines. Ideally you are a fast learner and a have good analytical skills with an eye for details.
