System Engineer Cloud (100%) to join our growing team — immediately or by arrangement

Your Mission

• Partner closely with IT partners throughout project lifecycles
• Support and collaborate with partners throughout the project lifecycle
• Ensure secure, reliable operation of our cloud platform
• Handle 2nd-level support and solve complex technical issues
• Design and develop new cloud services and platform capabilities
• Automate and continuously improve our infrastructure
• Deliver Pure Storage professional services for partners and customers

Your Profile

• Several years’ experience in data center or cloud environments
• Solid knowledge of virtualization and orchestration (KVM, Hyper-V, Nutanix AHV, VMware, Proxmox, OpenStack, etc.) / Software-defined networking / Cloud management & monitoring tools
• Hands-on experience with PowerShell or Python
• Familiarity with at least three of these areas as Network security (segmentation, hardening, zero trust) / Firewalls, WLAN, VPN / Networking (VLANs, routing, segmentation) / Server hardware, storage (SAN/NAS/Object) / Backup & disaster recovery / Monitoring (Checkmk, Prometheus, Grafana)
• Experience with REST APIs
• Completed IT education
• Fluent in English and French (German a plus)

Nice to Have

• Experience with cloud-native platforms (Containers, Kubernetes, IaC)
• Familiarity with VDI platforms (Omnissa, Citrix)
• Knowledge of network and cloud security best practices
