Representation of Management Accounting as part of Core Banking replacement and Finance programme: Ensuring the Management Accounting related aspects are accurately represented and configured in the Core Banking implementation

Impact Assessment Management Accounting domain: Gathering of business requirements for Management Accounting applications resulting from the core banking and markets implementation
-
Data Analysis: Collect, analyse, and interpret business data requirements for the Management Accounting domain
-
Solution Development: Collaborate with IT teams to design, implement, and test solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and stakeholder expectations
-
Change Management: Support organizational change by communicating and syndication changes to stakeholders
YOUR PROFILE
-
Experience in large scale transformation programmes in the banking industry
-
Strong experience in management accounting and banking operations in particular regarding finance system’s integration with upstream applications such as trading platforms, core banking or risk management tools

Strong understanding of processes and requirements regarding cost allocation, P&L generation, products profitability calculations and cost & profit center accounting

Strong understanding of financial products and services (e.g. Structured or OTC products, Corporate Actions) and their process-wise interplay with Operations, Markets
-
SAP BW/4HANA related certificates are a plus

Hands-on and delivery focussed

English language skills is a must, German skills not, but beneficial
