Group Procurement Director (f/m/d) 100%
Your responsibilities
- Develop and continuously refine the Group Procurement Strategy aligned with the Group's business objectives and long-term growth ambitions.
- Lead the evolution of the Group Procurement Operating Model, establishing governance, standards, processes and KPIs across the organization.
- Drive the Procurement Excellence roadmap to strengthen collaboration, leverage synergies and promote best practices across Business Units while maintaining strong local execution.
- Develop Category Management as a strategic Group capability and lead key sourcing initiatives to deliver sustainable value creation, cost optimization and EBITDA improvement.
- Build strategic supplier partnerships and strengthen supplier performance, resilience, innovation and long-term competitiveness across the Group.
- Establish an effective Procurement governance framework, including performance management, reporting, savings validation and decision-making processes.
- Partner closely with Operations, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Finance, R&D and Quality to embed Procurement as a strategic business capability.
- Drive the development of Digital Procurement capabilities, including spend analytics, supplier data management, contract management and future AI-enabled solutions.
- Develop Procurement capabilities and talent across the Group through capability building, coaching, knowledge sharing and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Lead strategic sourcing initiatives and supplier negotiations where required, particularly during the ongoing Procurement transformation journey.
Your profile
- University degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Engineering or a related field.
- More than 10 years of experience in Procurement, Strategic Sourcing, Supply Chain, Operations or related leadership roles.
- Proven track record in leading Procurement organizations within international manufacturing or FMCG environments, ideally in the food industry.
- Strong expertise in Category Management, strategic sourcing, supplier negotiations and procurement transformation.
- Experience in developing procurement organizations, governance models and business capabilities across multiple countries.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leaders, cross-functional teams and strategic suppliers.
- Proven ability to translate strategy into practical implementation through governance, KPIs and cross-functional collaboration.
- Ability to combine strategic thinking with pragmatic execution in complex and evolving environments.
- Fluency in English is essential; French, German and/or Italian are a plus.
