Responsibilities
As a Contracts Coordinator at Accurity GmbH, your key responsibilities will include:
- Drafting, reviewing, and managing contracts to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Using our centralized contract database for easy access and data tracking.
- Collaborating with internal teams and clients to ensure timely contract approvals and renewals.
- Monitoring contract deadlines, deliverables, and obligations to ensure adherence to terms.
- Providing support during contract negotiations and resolving any contractual issues.
- Staying updated on relevant legal and regulatory changes that may impact contracts.
- Providing information to customers

Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- Proven experience in contract management, HR, customer services or a similar role.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowknowledge of German and English
- Knowledge of Swiss employment is desirable.
