Sales Back Officer

Drive the success of MG in Switzerland!

We are looking for an organized, proactive and analytical Sales Back Office professional to support our sales team and dealer network. If you enjoy coordinating processes, working with data and collaborating across departments, we'd love to hear from you. For this position you will report to our Head of Brand.

Your Responsibilities

• Process and manage sales incentives, bonuses and customer offers.
• Support the sales team in daily operational activities.
• Maintain and update sales data and CRM systems.
• Prepare reports, dashboards, sales statistics and performance tracking.
• Support sales campaigns, incentive programs and analyze their effectiveness.
• Coordinate communication between sales, marketing, logistics and the dealer network.
• Prepare meetings, agendas and minutes.
• Support in organization of dealer meetings and events.
• Contribute to continuous process improvements.

What You Bring

• Commercial education or Bachelor's degree with relevant experience.
• Proficiency in MS Excel for data analysis and preparation.
• Advanced PowerPoint and MS Office.Experience with ERP/CRM systems.
• More than five years of experience in a similar position within the automotive industry.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Fluent German (native), very good English and good French.
• Hands-on, analytical and proactive mindset.I
• Interest in the automotive industry.
