Head Partner Service
Your Mission
As Head Partner Service, you will lead the end-to-end customer order, export, and logistics processes while driving operational excellence and developing a high-performing team. You will ensure timely deliveries, regulatory compliance, process optimization, and outstanding service for our global partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the Partner Service team.
- Manage customer orders from quotation through invoicing.
- Oversee export documentation and Swiss export compliance.
- Ensure efficient customs processing via the e-Trans system.
- Manage outbound logistics, transport providers, and freight costs.
- Ensure on-time delivery of products, samples, marketing materials, and event supplies according to Incoterms.
- Coordinate shipments to laboratories, universities, KOLs, service providers, and authorities.
- Monitor delivery performance (CTI), report KPIs, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Verify export-related invoices and control logistics costs.
- Drive process optimization and lead cross-functional projects.
Your Profile
- Export Manager qualification or equivalent experience.
- Strong knowledge of Swiss export regulations and international trade processes.
- Advanced SAP S/4HANA expertise, particularly in SD.
- Experience with CIP/TPS methodologies and process improvement.
- Knowledge of medical device regulations and basic GMP requirements.
- Proven leadership experience with strong coaching and team development skills.
- Analytical, proactive, and results-driven personality.
- Fluent in German and English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Willingness to travel internationally.
