Your tasks as the new Legal Counsel:

• Drafting and reviewing contracts (especially real estate purchase agreements, job and service contracts, project development agreements, rental agreements, property law contracts and orders)
• Legal Support for Real Estate transactions and constructions projects
• Independent management of Legal Cases in Construction, Planning and Real Estate Law
• Representing the company before courts and authorities
• Managing external lawyers

Requirements:

• Completed university studies in Switzerland (lic. iur./ Master of Law) with a Swiss license to practice law
• At least 2-5 years of professional experience as a lawyer or legal counsel, experience as legal counsel in a company is desirable, ideally 2 years of which in real estate and construction law
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• The ability to work efficiently and precisely even under high pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Fluency in German, very good knowledge of English, knowledge of Italian and French as an advantage
