Job description:

• Planning motorsports events for H. Moser & Cie. guests at Alpine’s events, to maximize the number of guests and activation possibilities (F1 Grand Prix, WEC, private events)
• Organizing all aspects related to the motorsports events, for VIP customers and press
  • Hotel reservation
  • Transport and transfer to location
  • Tickets
  • Welcoming the guests
  • Invitation and program update and distribution
  • Gifts logistic in coordination with the Moser team
  • Ensuring the brand visibility quality at each event location (logo placement, brand display, gifts etc.)
  • Coordination of specific content creation and support organization of content production teams
  • Budget follow up and tracking of KPIs
  • Being the contact person for the daily follow up with the partner’s team

  Your profile:

• Economics degree, with marketing specialization or degree from the EHL
• Experience in F1, hospitality and event organization
• Passion for high horology and motorsports
• Enjoying contacts with different stakeholders
• Fluent in English, German and French are a plus
• Ability to work independently
• Willingness to travel
• Position is based at the manufacture in Schaffhausen, Switzerland
