Global Brand Integration Manager

Exciting Tasks

  • Support, lead, and implement Sika's branding project in-line with the branding strategy
  • Supervise, accompany, and monitor the implementation of brand integrations worldwide
  • Define and implement strategies regarding brand integrations in-line with the Sika Brand Architecture/Co-Branding Strategy
  • Responsibility for developing plans, projects, and initiatives to increase Sika brand awareness
  • Provide guidance and support to the Sika companies about branding questions
  • Support the communication strategy with PR-activities related to the brand, values, culture, overall communication topics
  • You will report directly to the Head of Branding & Brand Integrations
  • Close collaboration with other Corporate Teams and Functions as well as the local Sika companies

We Need Your Skills

  • You hold a degree in communications, marketing, business administration or equal
  • You have 5+ years of experience in an international company in brand management and are an expert at brand-building
  • You have experience in the sector and/or on agency-side and know how to sustainably expand brand awareness across relevant target groups
  • You are strong in project management and adept at working with various departments and geographies and all levels of the organization
  • You are creative, proactive, and feel at home in a dynamic, high-growth environment
  • You can communicate fluently and convincingly in business English. Other languages are a plus
  • You identify with our goals and mission - you are enthusiastic about your profession, and are willing to go the extra mile
  • Willingness to travel up to 10%
