• Align with Advisory leaders and help execute on strategic recruitment objectives in order to shape and grow the practice.
• Be part of the recruitment team and develop a strong understanding of PwC Switzerland's services.
• Play a crucial role in identifying and engaging catalyst hires across various industries and capability areas.
• Conduct continuously in-depth research utilizing all relevant channels in the professional services market.
• Update market intelligence and organize and lead meetings with business leaders.
• Take a data-driven approach to inform your sourcing strategy and use reports to manage and optimize your activities.
• Work closely with the hiring managers and recruiters and keep them up-to-date with weekly meetings and support them on making decisions based on data.

Your Skill Set

• Experience (1-3 years) in talent sourcing/desk research in the Swiss market, working as part of an executive search firm or inhouse sourcing team in recruiting.
• You know how to identify both technical and non-technical candidates through the use of creative sourcing methods beyond the limits of LinkedIn Recruiter.
• The way you approach every piece of your work is fueled by your passion for finding great talent.
• You love to research, find patterns, and to try new things.
• Strong communicator with excellent stakeholder management skills and a professional attitude.
• A positive can-do attitude with a strong ability to adapt in a constantly changing environment.
• Strong team player who thrives off bouncing ideas and sharing knowledge.
• Fluent in English and ideally in German.
