We are searching for a highly skilled Senior ServiceNow Developer to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and deploying custom applications using the ServiceNow platform and App Engine. You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders and internal IT teams to implement solutions that streamline workflows, enhance user experience, and drive business value.

  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective ServiceNow configurations and customizations.
  • Develop custom applications and integrations using ServiceNow scripting languages and APIs.
  • Utilize ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, SPM, CSM…) to automate key business processes.
  • Design and implement integrations between ServiceNow and external systems using tools and protocols like MID Server, REST, ODBC, LDAP, SOAP, etc.
  • Leverage ServiceNow front-end and back-end capabilities to build user-friendly and efficient applications (JavaScript, HTML, CSS).
  • Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle (SDLC), including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, and ongoing maintenance.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across departments (Development, QA, Operations) to ensure project success.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of ServiceNow security best practices and implement them within your applications.
  • Stay current on the latest ServiceNow features, functionalities, and best practices.
  • Take part in ServiceNow's strategy and participate pre-sales and sales activities.

  • 3+ years of experience as a ServiceNow developer and administrator.
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Application Developer (CAD) and equivalent a plus.
  • Strong understanding of the ServiceNow platform architecture and capabilities, including App Engine.
  • In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow scoped application development principles.
  • Demonstrated experience with at least three ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, SPM, CSM or any combination of these).
  • Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting languages and APIs.
  • Solid knowledge of ServiceNow front-end and back-end development using web technologies (JavaScript, HTML, CSS).
  • Proven ability to design and implement integrations with external systems using industry-standard tools and protocols (MID Server, REST, ODBC, LDAP, SOAP).
  • Strong understanding of the full software development lifecycle (SDLC).
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Capability to work in French and English. German knowledge being an asset.
  • Bachelor's degree or more.
