Responsibilities

• Refine and prioritize features and stories, create confluence pages for documentation purposes
• Participate in sprint planning, reviews and retrospectives
• Oversee the issuance flow of structured products and derivatives, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements
• Ensure that all distributed products meet client suitability standards
• Work closely with cross functional stakeholders to automate, implement and enforce governance frameworks
• Provide training and support to internal teams on regulatory requirements and changes
• Maintain policies and manuals related to the governance of structured products
• Manage the product & services life cycle from conception through release (incl. testing)
• Take ownership of maintaining the markets products and services catalogue

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Product Owner/Business Analyst in the financial industry
• Soild understanding of product governance
• Solid understanding of regulatory requirements (ESG, EMIR, MIFID, Finfrag)
• Very good knowledge of cross asset structured products issuance flow
• Fluent in English

Nice to have

• Knowledge in trading and risk systems
• Able to facilitate basic programming or quickly understand IT landscape of process and systems
• Understanding of Business and IT Architecture
• German language skills
