Lead our release management team and ensure successful delivery on global data transformation projects
Drive the development and continuous improvement develop of the strategy and operating model
Report to senior management
This is what makes you successful
University degree
Several years of experience in the area of software release management or software engineering, preferably within the Financial Services sector
Proven track record of leading large teams in fast-paced environments
Experience in designing efficient operating models across large teams
Ability to communicate complex subjects effectively in English is a mandatory requirement
Flexibility with regards to early, late or weekend work is a plus (part time possible)
