We are looking for a driven and Supply Chain & Procurement Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the key link between our supply and production chains, ensuring seamless coordination from the earliest project stages through to full-scale production. You will actively shape our procurement strategy and optimize supplier performance globally and locally.

Your Responsibilities

• Ensure seamless coordination between the supply chain and production chain

• Manage and align local and global procurement activities

• Drive procurement involvement from project ideation to ramp-up production phases

• Identify, select, and qualify new suppliers to meet project and production needs

• Build, evaluate, and optimize a robust and reliable supplier portfolio

• Continuously improve purchasing and project management tools and methodologies

• Lead or support procurement and relocation projects

• Identify and mitigate procurement risks

• Collaborate on value analysis and product development initiatives

Your Profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field

• Proven experience in procurement, supply chain, or project management (international scope a plus)

• Strong analytical and negotiation skills

• Excellent communication and coordination abilities

• Strategic thinker with a proactive and hands-on approach

• Fluent in English, German
