Position Summary
The Legal Counsel / Corporate Paralegal will play a key role in supporting the company’s legal operations, corporate governance, and commercial activities. This position combines hands‑on legal support with responsibility for maintaining efficient internal processes and ensuring compliance across the organization. Working closely with internal stakeholders the role provides legal guidance, prepares and reviews a variety of commercial contracts, and manages corporate documents and entity obligations. The successful candidate will bring strong attention to detail, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced, international business environment. This is an opportunity to support strategic initiatives while strengthening the company’s legal infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
As a Legal Counsel / Corporate Paralegal, you will:
- Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements (e.g., NDAs, distribution agreements, development agreements, employment agreements).
- Manage entity compliance and statutory filings across relevant jurisdictions.
- Oversee cap table management, including share issuances, equity records, and coordination with investors and external advisors.
- Maintain our contract management system and support process improvements in legal workflows.
- Conduct legal research and prepare internal guidance on relevant regulatory and compliance topics.
- Assist in the development and rollout of internal policies, templates, and compliance programs.
- Support cross functional teams including HR, Finance and Sales.
Your Profile
You are a great fit if you bring:
- A degree in Law or relevant paralegal qualification.
- +3 years of professional experience as a legal counsel or paralegal, ideally in a corporate or in-house environment.
- Strong understanding of corporate governance, commercial contracts, and general business law.
- Excellent drafting and organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
- Proficiency in English and German; additional languages are a plus.
