Transform Medical Content Approval in a Global Pharmaceutical Environment

For our client, a leading global pharmaceutical company headquartered in Basel, we are seeking an experienced Content Approval Program Manager. Your Responsibilities
- Lead operational excellence for the Global Medical Affairs Content Approval Program transformation initiative
- Design and implement an internal Content Approval Hub providing content approval services across global and country organizations
- Collaborate strategically with Business Leads, regulatory teams, legal departments, and commercial functions to ensure program alignment
- Manage stakeholder engagement across multiple geographies, facilitating meetings and driving cross-functional discussions
- Oversee recruitment processes for Content Approval Hub resources, including job description preparation and vendor coordination
- Analyze content approval data to extract insights for Hub design and operational planning
- Drive change management activities and support adoption of new processes across impacted teams
- Coordinate budget planning and forecasting for the Service Pillar, including business case development
Your Profile
- Location requirement: Based in Switzerland with excellent English language skills
- Industry expertise: Proven experience in pharmaceutical industry, preferably with knowledge of medical processes and governance
- Content knowledge: Background in promotional and non-promotional content approval processes
- Project leadership: Demonstrated ability to drive complex cross-functional projects across multiple geographies
- Stakeholder management: Strong capabilities in managing diverse stakeholder groups and facilitating alignment
- Problem-solving skills: Analytical mindset with ability to identify risks and develop mitigation strategies
- Technical proficiency: Experience with FUSE, Veeva, MS SharePoint, or PowerBI systems is advantageous
- Change management: Experience supporting organizational transformation and process optimization
