Responsibilities

As a Sushi Koch, your key responsibilities will include:

• Preparing high-quality sushi, sashimi, and other Japanese dishes with precision and creativity.
• Ensuring the freshness and quality of all ingredients used in food preparation.
• Maintaining a clean and organized workstation in compliance with hygiene and safety standards.
• Collaborating with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations during service hours.
• Contributing to menu development and introducing innovative sushi creations.

Qualifications

We are looking for candidates who meet the following qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Sushi Koch or in a similar role in Japanese cuisine.
• Strong knife skills and knowledge of sushi preparation techniques.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality dishes.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Basic knowledge of German is an advantage, but not mandatory.
