• Further develop and drive our market positioning in the competitive environment and marketing strategy in close alignment with management and sales
• Plan and execute international trade shows and events, from concept to on-site coordination
• Manage and continuously improve marketing materials, website content, and social media campaigns
• Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all channels and touchpoints in line with corporate CD/CC guidelines
• Take full ownership of marketing projects — from strategic concept to hands-on implementation

• Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field with 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing (industrial/technology preferred) with a similarly sized company
• Strong balance of strategic thinking and operational execution; willing to roll up your sleeves
• Experience in organizing exhibitions and managing international marketing activities
• Fluent in German and English (mandatory)
• Structured, proactive, and reliable team player with strong project ownership
