The Group Marketing & Communication Specialist will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing the Group’s brand, marketing, and communication strategy. This role combines strategic vision with operational execution, ensuring consistent brand identity across all entities, effective communication internally and externally, and ongoing support for local marketing initiatives. The position requires close collaboration with all Group’s companies, daily management of corporate websites, and execution of integrated marketing and social media campaigns that support business growth of the Group.
Strategy & Branding:
- Develop and implement the Group’s branding, marketing, and communication strategy in alignment with overall business objectives.
- Ensure consistent application of Group brand guidelines across all entities, platforms, and materials.
- Lead initiatives to strengthen corporate identity and market positioning
Marketing & Communication Execution:
- Plan, coordinate, and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, print, PR, events).
- Draft, edit, and distribute corporate communication materials (press releases, newsletters, annual reports, internal updates).
- Manage all Group-wide social media communication, including strategy, content creation, publishing, monitoring, and community engagement.
- Support individual Group entities with their marketing and communication initiatives, ensuring alignment with Group strategy
Digital Presence & Website Management:
- Maintain and update the Group’s website on a regular basis, ensuring accuracy, relevance, and engagement.
- Manage Search Engine Optimisation (SEO), analytics, and performance tracking of websites and digital campaigns.
- Oversee content creation and publication across digital platforms, including websites and social media
Collaboration & Stakeholder Management:
- Act as the central point of contact for marketing and communication matters across the Group.
- Cooperate with local teams to adapt and implement marketing strategies to their needs.
- Liaise with external agencies, media partners, and service providers where needed
QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in marketing and communications, ideally in an international group or multi-entity environment.
- Proven track record in developing and executing branding and communication strategies.
- Hands-on experience with website content management systems (CMS), SEO, and analytics.
- Strong digital marketing knowledge (including social media management, online campaigns, content marketing).
- Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills in English; other languages are strong advantage.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment
