We’re looking for a hands-on, reliable, and organized person to join our creative team as a Logistics & Studio Operations Coordinator. You’ll play a vital role in keeping our studios running smoothly — ensuring materials, supplies, and equipment move efficiently between Zürich and Basel, while keeping both spaces well maintained and fully stocked.

This is a practical, varied role combining logistics, maintenance, and operations support — ideal for someone who enjoys making things work, staying organized, and getting things done.

Your Responsibilities

• Transport materials, artworks, ceramics, and food supplies between our Zürich and Basel studios
• Pick up goods and orders from suppliers (including cross-border purchases in Germany, with Verzollung)
• Manage and oversee parts of the online ordering process — comparing suppliers, placing and tracking orders, ensuring timely deliveries and stock availability
• Maintain and monitor inventories across both locations (art materials, ceramic supplies, food, drinks)
• Load and unload materials — sometimes heavy (e.g. ceramic bisques, boxes of supplies)
• Handle small repairs, installations, and studio improvements (mounting shelves, painting walls, fixing curtain rods, assembling furniture, etc.)
• Help with setting up new equipment and furniture
• Keep an overview of what’s needed in each location and make sure everything is in place and functional
• Coordinate with the team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and timely deliveries

Who You Are

• You have a valid driving license and solid driving experience (company car provided)
• You can communicate confidently in both German and English
• You’re practical, with handyman skills (drilling, assembling, fixing, painting, installing)
• You’re physically fit and comfortable with heavy lifting
• You’re reliable, structured, and quick to act
• You have great common sense and can think ahead — packing and planning like a real-life Tetris pro
• You’re independent and proactive, with a strong sense of teamwork
