Customer Service and logistic (Import/Export/Cross Trade)

We are looking for the candidate who is 

• Fluent in English, German as both are the majority working languages in Basel area.
• French and Mandarin are not required but will be one of your advantage.
• Experienced in container shipping industry or logistic background i.e educational and working experience (especially in customer service at least 2-3 years).
• Good coordination skills.
• Team-oriented and good communication skills are required.
• Self motivated and flexible to make job function reshuffle.
• With great patience.
• Good PC and MS Office knowledge.
• Able to work full time ie 0830~1730 / Monday~Friday.
• Able to join from June 2025

Customer service

• Daily contact with customers via phone calls and mails.Prepare shipping quotations as per customer requirement.
• Arrange the booking, coordinate the equipment and space availability.
• Coordinate the B/L instruction with documentation center.
• Issue the Invoice and B/L.
• Tracing the Invoice.
• Substitute for other job functions ie Import, Export, Cross trade business and Logistic.
