We are looking for the candidate who is
- Fluent in English, German as both are the majority working languages in Basel area.
- French and Mandarin are not required but will be one of your advantage.
- Experienced in container shipping industry or logistic background i.e educational and working experience (especially in customer service at least 2-3 years).
- Good coordination skills.
- Team-oriented and good communication skills are required.
- Self motivated and flexible to make job function reshuffle.
- With great patience.
- Good PC and MS Office knowledge.
- Able to work full time ie 0830~1730 / Monday~Friday.
- Able to join from June 2025
Customer service
- Daily contact with customers via phone calls and mails.Prepare shipping quotations as per customer requirement.
- Arrange the booking, coordinate the equipment and space availability.
- Coordinate the B/L instruction with documentation center.
- Issue the Invoice and B/L.
- Tracing the Invoice.
- Substitute for other job functions ie Import, Export, Cross trade business and Logistic.
