We are looking for a highly motivated and engaged Financial Institutions RM Assistant.
Your main responsibilities
- Assist in establishing and maintaining business relationships with existing clients and prospects in line with the overall mandate.
- Assist in organizing and coordinating client meetings.
- Assist in planning and executing client events.
- Assist with data analysis and the preparation of internal reports for FI clients.
- Assist with KYC processes, including client onboarding, periodic reviews, and event-driven reviews.
- Assist in managing the credit process, including the preparation of credit ratings and credit applications.
- Assist with AML-related responsibilities, including monitoring, analysis, commentary, and the assessment of adverse media relating to clients.
- Perform ad hoc tasks assigned by the FI Senior RM and the FI team.
Your qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within a financial institution, preferably in corporate banking.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a high level of accuracy and accountability.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and discretion.
- Strong risk awareness and sound judgment.
- Ability to understand and communicate complex regulatory requirements clearly and effectively.
- Proactive, solution-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Collaborative team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Excellent written and spoken in Mandarin and English; German is an advantage.
