Context & Mission
We are looking for an experienced Global Traffic & Creative Operations Manager to coordinate creative workflows across Headquarters and six international Creative Hubs.
Joining the creative services team, this role sits at the center of the global creative ecosystem, ensuring clear prioritization, efficient delivery, and real-time visibility across Creative Campaigns, Visual Merchandising, Store Design and Packaging. The position also drives smarter ways of working through streamlined processes, automation, AI-enabled workflows, and connected tools.
You will help creative teams deliver impactful brand experiences consistently across markets while improving operational efficiency through data, systems, and technology.
You will report to the Head of Brand Creative Services & Production.
Key responsibilities
- Manage brief intake and project prioritization — validate creative requests, scope needs, align priorities, and balance business demand with team capacity.
- Own the HQ creative pipeline — track status, timelines, owners, risks, and delivery across disciplines from kick-off to completion.
- Build and optimize operating systems — design intake forms, routing logic, approvals, automation, dashboards, and scalable traffic processes.
- Lead automation and AI-enabled workflow initiatives — identify repetitive tasks and implement practical solutions with IT and technical partners.
- Improve time-to-market — identify bottlenecks, reduce lead times, and simplify recurring workflows without compromising quality.
- Facilitate traffic rituals and stakeholder alignment — lead status meetings, surface risks, and keep teams aligned with minimal operational friction.
- Maintain capacity and resource visibility — monitor team workload, flag bottlenecks, and anticipate surge needs with creative leads.
- Coordinate across six Creative Hubs — align priorities, timelines, and process standards for global and multi-market projects.
- Drive tool adoption and change management — document processes, train users, and embed new ways of working sustainably.
- Track operational performance — report KPIs such as content volume, budget, time to market and efficiency gains.
How you can fit
- Proven experience in traffic management, creative operations, project management, or a similar role in an international creative, marketing, digital, retail, or production environment.
- Strong understanding of creative production, retail design, visual merchandising, campaign development, and global cross-functional collaboration.
- Excellent project management, organization, communication, and stakeholder-influencing skills.
- Fluent English and French required; additional languages are a plus.
- Experience with project-management, DAM, collaboration, automation, reporting, or workflow platforms.
- Interest or practical experience in automation, AI-enabled productivity, and data-driven workflow optimization.
- If you thrive in complex international environments and want to transform creative operations through systems, automation, and AI, we’d love to hear from you.
