Student Worker Communications & Public Affairs Support (Ref. 2778)
Pharmaceutical Industry | 60% workload | English-speaking
who brings both creative communication skills and an interest in the Swiss healthcare landscape.
This is a hands-on role where you will contribute to real projects from day one - from social media and PR campaigns to public affairs initiatives and event management.
Your main tasks
- Support the creation, coordination, approval and publishing of social media campaigns and digital content
- Assist with PR materials, storytelling assets and corporate communications for campaigns and events
- Support Public Affairs initiatives, including preparation of stakeholder materials and background research
- Help maintain and update the corporate website and digital channels
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth approvals and information flow
- Organize files, presentations and communications assets in internal systems
- Support event management and logistics for internal and external communications events
- Handle administrative tasks with strong attention to detail and accountability
- Take ownership of specific deliverables using templates and show strong initiative
Your profile
- Currently in the final stage of a Bachelor’s degree or at the beginning of a Master’s programme in Communications, Media, Political Science, Public Health, or a related field
- Genuine interest in Swiss healthcare, health policy and political communication
- Strong writing skills, both analog and digital with a good instinct for tone, audience and channel
- Creative eye with familiarity with Canva and/or Adobe tools (nice to have)
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Well-organized, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks independently
- Fluent in German and English; French is a plus
- Available 3 days per week (approx. 24 hours) with flexibility during time-critical project phases
- Able to commit to the role for a minimum of 12 months
