Über den Job
In your Responsibility as an IT Service Manager you will play a key role in the design, implementation, and optimization of IT Service Management solutions for the UBS Card Center using BMC Helix ITSM SaaS. You will be responsible for gathering customer requirements, designing tailored workflows and ensuring seamless execution. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality ITSM solutions that enhance operational efficiency and compliance for our business.
Your Role* Apply and promote key IT Service Management concepts, with a focus on process optimization, automatization and reporting.
* Lead process gap analyses to drive lean, effective, and continuously improved ITSM processes.
* Ensure accurate key performance reporting and develop dashboards for stakeholders.
* Take ownership of internal and external ITSM audits, ensuring compliance and identifying opportunities for optimization.
* Foster a culture of excellent customer service and effective teamwork across the organization.
Your Expertise* Proven track record in designing and implementing IT support processes across organizations.
* Advanced understanding of ITIL or other recognized service management frameworks.
* Experience as an IT Service Manager or in a similar role, with demonstrated expertise in IT Service Management tools.
* Hands-on experience with BMC Helix or similar ITSM platforms (development, configuration, and integration).
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with management at all levels in both German and English.
* Experience working in cross-functional teams and managing stakeholders with diverse backgrounds and perspectives.
