Scintilla AG is responsible for the global development, manufacturing, marketing and coordination of distribution of accessories for power tools for the trades, for industrial applications and for DIY.
- Development of the Bosch Accessories direct to user marketing strategy for large scaled companies (incl. all Marketing Ps) based on overarching marketing strategy
- Understanding and development of the target user and buyer groups journeys
- Management of the relevant Marketing touchpoints
- Development of relevant marketing materials according to brand positioning and marketing concepts for the specific target group
- Close collaboration with relevant sales and marketing roles in the pilot countries
- Close collaboration with regional product area marketing managers e.g. in terms of pricing, product selection
- Cross-Business Unit collaboration and alignment on professional Key User Marketing Strategy and implementation
- Provides user insights to all relevant stakeholders in the organization
- Entrepreneurial mindset with “hands-on” mentality
- Autonomy with good collaboration and stakeholder management
- Strong conceptional skills and ability to translate concepts into Marketing activities
- Strong marketing knowledge of all Ps ideally with in depth knowledge of direct to user communication in a technical B2B environment
- Strong user orientation and profound UX knowledge (in B2B environment)
- Advanced analytical skills
- Good project management and presentation skills
- Very good English skills
- Willingness to travel
