SEALSQ and WISeKey, global leaders in cybersecurity, IoT, and digital identity, are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Jurist or Paralegal to join our legal team for a part-time role. This position is ideal for an experienced paralegal or junior jurist professional with a strong interest in corporate governance, legal operations, and international business. You will provide critical support to our group’s legal and corporate affairs, ensuring efficient coordination of compliance processes, corporate documentation, and administrative legal functions.
Key Responsibilities
Draft, organize, and maintain corporate records and legal documents for group entities, including board and shareholder resolutions, statutory registers, and meeting minutes.
Support corporate governance activities and ensure alignment with applicable legal and regulatory requirements in Switzerland and abroad.
Assist in the preparation and coordination of board meetings, general assemblies, and corporate filings.
Manage and track legal deadlines, compliance calendars, and reporting obligations, including those related to stock exchange and regulatory authorities.
Liaise with notaries, commercial registries, external counsel, and other authorities for documentation and formalities.
Help with the review and formatting of contracts, legal templates, and internal policies.
Maintain contract databases, digital legal archives, and document management systems.
Provide cross-functional support to internal teams (finance, HR, operations) on legal administrative matters.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in law or relevant Paralegal qualification.
Previous experience preferred as a paralegal, legal assistant, jurist or clerk in a corporate legal department, law firm, or fiduciary environment.
Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
Proficient in MS Office and familiar with contract or legal document management tools.
Fluency in English and French is required.
