- Technologies: Windows, MS 365, Active Directory, Intune, Azure AD, basic networking
- Service mindset, reliability, autonomy
- Languages: German or Swiss German (conversational level) – French or English depending on the position
- Remote work possible

- User support (Windows 11 / MacOS, MS 365, Teams, network access, devices)
- Ticket handling (L1/L2), workstation setup, user accounts, Intune/MDM
- Languages: Conversational German/Swiss German + English (French is an asset)
- Level 2 support and administration: MS 365, Azure AD, Intune, GPO, MDM, MFA
- Incident resolution, documentation, process improvement
- Administration of Windows Server, Active Directory, GPO, Hyper-V / VMware
- Modern Workplace and Azure / Intune project support
- PowerShell automation and advanced technical support
