Organisational Change Management Expert (OCM) - COO Office

Your contribution to KPMG

• Manage and coordinate Organizational Change Management activities for AI initiatives within the AI CoE.
• Review, localize, and implement global Change and Adoption concepts, toolkits, and communication strategies to meet Swiss business requirements.
• Develop and execute engaging local change and communication plans aligned with the AI transformation roadmap.
• Work closely with business functions to ensure alignment, engagement, and successful adoption of AI solutions in daily operations.
• Support business and project leads with stakeholder analysis, change impact assessments, and adoption planning.
• Facilitate workshops, training, and engagement sessions to build AI literacy and promote enthusiasm for innovation.
• Monitor and report on change progress, readiness, and adoption KPIs, providing actionable insights to leadership.
• Collaborate with the PMO, AI CoE members, and HR/Communications teams to ensure consistent messaging and smooth execution.
• Capture feedback, track lessons learned, and continuously evolve the change and adoption approach.
• Act as the OCM interface for AI initiatives between KPMG Switzerland, KPMG Global, and KPMG UK - ensuring alignment, consistency, and knowledge sharing.

This is what makes you successful

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Communications, Psychology, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in Organizational Change Management, Transformation, or Communications, ideally in a technology or digital context.
• Proven ability to coordinate and execute change and adoption activities that drive engagement and measurable outcomes.
• Solid understanding and experience with AI applications, data-driven technologies, or digital transformation initiatives.
• Passion for innovation and a strong desire to contribute to one of the most transformative technological shifts of our time.
• Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills across all organizational levels.
• Structured, proactive, and empathetic - with the ability to connect people, purpose, and progress.
• Experience working in cross-functional, international, and fast-paced environments.
• Familiarity with change management methodologies is an advantage.
• Fluent in German and English (written and spoken).
• Self-motivated, collaborative, and adaptable, with a growth mindset and a drive to make change happen.
