Senior Lawyer (70-100%) Remote

We are looking for a talented and experienced Senior Lawyer with a strong background in contractual law to be part of our growing team in Switzerland. The position is remote with occasional meetings in Geneva.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and revise a wide range of contracts under Swiss law with a high level of autonomy, precision, and consistency to ensure contractual compliance with Swiss legal requirements and best practices.
• Identify drafting issues and propose improvements to enhance the quality and reliability of contract templates and automated outputs.
• Provide structured legal input to support the development and refinement of AI-assisted contract drafting tools.
• Work independently and asynchronously in a fast-paced start-up environment, demonstrating initiative and accountability.

Essential Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience as lawyer in a Swiss law firm specializing in contractual/corporate matters.
• Excellent and autonomous contract drafting and reviewing skills.
• Excellent legal drafting skills in English.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in AI, Tech, or LegalTech companies
• Excellent legal drafting skills in German.
