Responsibilities

• Conduct horizon scanning, trend monitoring, and technology scouting to identify opportunities.

• Support creation of technology radars, foresight reports, and scenario planning exercises.

• Contribute foresight inputs into Omya's Horizon 3 portfolio and early innovation pipeline.

• Prepare reports and presentations that guide senior management decision-making.

• Facilitate foresight and ideation workshops that spark new ways of thinking.

• Build networks with universities, think tanks, foresight institutes, and innovation partners.

• Represent Omya at foresight-related external forums.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in science, engineering, or business (Master's preferred; MBA a plus).

• 3-5 years' experience in foresight, scenario planning, and/or innovation management.

• Proven analytical capabilities and strong project management skills.

• Skilled communicator with the ability to simplify complex foresight insights.

• Team player with business acumen and a passion for innovation.

• Fluent in English; other languages are a plus.

• Willingness to travel occasionally, both domestically and internationally.
