Asset Management - Senior Client Service Specialist - Associate

Job Summary
As a Senior Client Service Specialist - Associate in Asset Management you will partner with our Client Advisors to support all aspects of the sales and business development process. You will be the central entry point for all client requests.
Job responsibilities
- Act as the key entry point for client requests (phone and e-mail)
- Work with our Client Advisors to support all facets of the sales and business development process
- Keep close contact with product specialists and other teams around the world
- Assist the sales team in preparing product presentations, workshops and projects
- Lead and train working students
- Help identify new business opportunities and upcoming product searches
- Understand the regulatory and compliance framework, including Know Your Client (KYC) requirements
- Own client reporting tasks and assistance on due diligence on funds
- Take responsibility for maintaining and updating the client database (CRM) and other relevant systems
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English;
- Several years' experience of in the financial industry, ideally in asset management or private banking
- Proven sales support and client service experience
- Demonstrated ability to work in a dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Exact way of working and high attention to detail
- Client-focused, very high quality of service and efficiency
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel & Power Point
- Strong team player with drive and client focus and a dedicated way of working
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with a variety of diverse stakeholders
- Willingness to take responsibility for your own remit
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines – good time management
Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills
- French is an advantage
