Bad climate
In this company there is a bad working atmosphere which damages the efficiency of all employees very much. Incompetent leadership and incompetent bosses burn out their employees. The construction sector is characterised by an enormously high fluctuation rate. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this c...more

family-owned company
A company with many motivated employees and open communication.
I appreciate the family atmosphere and the flat hierarchies.
It is fun to see what people achieve together day after day.
I like working at Erne.

Traditional company that is open to change
Since the new CEO started, a fresh breeze has been blowing, which is very pleasant. In spite of everything, ERNE has remained a traditional family-owned company, which certainly tries not to shut itself off from change and progress.
There is a good working atmosphere, you feel comfortable and you notice that the company takes care of you. How else could the high number of long-term employees be explained? The commitment to training and further education is also very good.

Family business with focus on employees
There is a familiar and uncomplicated contact. One is "per DU" and cultivates a closeness to the employees.
If you achieve a lot here, then this will be recognized and you get appropriate development opportunities.
The company has grown very rapidly and some structures need to be adapted accordingly. He's on his way.

Company I can unfortunately not recommend
- Occupational safety is exemplary
- The health of the employees is mostly in the foreground
- Internal training is frequent and good
- The management style is not appropriate
- Agreements are not kept
- The internal processes leave a lot to be desired
- Employees are treated like consumables
- Inventory is legally available but in poor condition
- Not all locations are treated the same
