I've worked in different places before. But the Post has outdone everything. One already notices that the person there is worth nothing and gets to feel this every day. Sad.

The team spirit was missing. Several members and shift leaders were anti-social. The HR department communicated poorly. Shift work had to be done regularly until the morning after 7 am. The salary was only average.

Absolutely no appreciation in the post. Always very well worked, as well as motivated and error-free and still get the resignation. You couldn't give me a "real" reason either.

In spite of an appealing and 100% matching profile, a standard cancellation will be sent including "Please do not reply to this e-mail". I don't want to work for an employer with this kind of attitude anyway, thank you and Ciao.

Employer not to be recommended. Pure stress and unclear processes. Most employees are dissatisfied.
