The team spirit was missing. Several members and shift leaders were anti-social. The HR department communicated poorly. Shift work had to be done regularly until the morning after 7 am. The salary was only average....

Absolutely no appreciation in the post. Always very well worked, as well as motivated and error-free and still get the resignation. You couldn't give me a "real" reason either....
