A very personal, highly reputable staffing agency in BS/BL
This works well in the company
A reputable, personalized staffing agency that has been in business for over three decades. Staff members are always available in person; in-person meetings are always possible if you have questions; payroll is always on time; and pay stubs are clear and transparent. We have long-standing framework agreements with well-known companies and offer both long-term temporary assignments and direct placement into permanent positions. Fair, personal, efficient—I highly recommend them.
This could be improved
It might need a slightly adjusted positioning; it is often perceived as a temporary staffing agency focused solely on skilled trades, but it actually offers jobs in a wide variety of fields (including life sciences, pharmaceuticals, finance, IT, and sales).

Lack of transparency in application process
This works well in the company
No idea, but for sure not transparency in candidate selection.

Applied for job for their client. Got answer within minutes (even I cannot read my CV that fast), that I do not fit for the role as I have no background in industry. Role in question did not list such requirement, only experience in "biological laboratory setting". Pretty sure they did not even look at my application. Maybe be a bit more specific about the selection criteria, if you don't want people with academic lab experience to apply.

Comic processes, collecting personal information
This works well in the company
I cannot judge that because I am an applicant and do not work in the company.

The employee was not competent. Before you receive an answer, you have to fill out a form that is not up to date with a lot of personal data (plan a pregnancy, AHV number...). And this although one has already sent an application. Very curious process.

Thank you very much for the feedback. We need this form in order to be able to work with the applicant's documents, it must be signed by the applicant. Since it usually has to be very fast during the application process, we provide this form to the applicants by email to save time. But you're right, that would have to be adapted to today's times.
