This could be improved
Applied for job for their client. Got answer within minutes (even I cannot read my CV that fast), that I do not fit for the role as I have no background in industry. Role in question did not list such requirement, only experience in "biological laboratory setting". Pretty sure they did not even look...

The employee was not competent. Before you receive an answer, you have to fill out a form that is not up to date with a lot of personal data (plan a pregnancy, AHV number...). And this although one has already sent an application. Very curious process.
