Staff members are always available in person; in-person meetings are always possible if you have questions; payroll is always on time; and pay stubs are clear and transparent. We have long-standing framework agreements with well-known companies and offer both long-term temporary assignments and direct placement into permanent positions. Fair, personal, efficient—I highly recommend them.

No idea, but for sure not transparency in candidate selection.
This could be improved
Applied for job for their client. Got answer within minutes (even I cannot read my CV that fast), that I do not fit for the role as I have no background in industry. Role in question did not list such requirement, only experience in "biological laboratory setting". Pretty sure they did not even look at my application. Maybe be a bit more specific about the selection criteria, if you don't want people with academic lab experience to apply.
