I heard back from them relatively quickly after submitting my application, and scheduling the interview was straightforward. Unfortunately, the process after that was unsatisfactory.

The application process was extremely unprofessional. There was virtually no consideration given to flexibility regarding work hours (willingness to work weekends and late shifts). Instead, I was labeled “picky” simply because I did not want to work split shifts. The reaction to standard market salary expectations for certified nursing assistants in the temporary staffing sector was absolutely disrespectful. Instead of negotiating professionally or transparently disclosing their own budgets, they laughed derisively and then hastily ended the conversation. Anyone who treats qualified nursing assistants this way amid a shortage of skilled workers has failed to recognize the signs of the times. The lofty philosophy on the website is, unfortunately, nothing but a facade.
