Since the current postholder will focus in the future on leading HR for the entire group and her tasks in management, we are looking for reinforcement for our HR team at the headquarters in Altishofen.

Area of responsibility

• You are responsible for ensuring that the right employees, in the necessary number and with the required qualifications, work at Galliker and that Galliker is perceived as an attractive employer
• Leadership, coaching and development of the 11-member HR team in Altishofen and continuous organisational, operational and strategic development of the area in consultation with management
• Ambassador for our corporate culture and our values
• Strengthening employee engagement and satisfaction
• Ensuring up-to-date, modern personnel management along the entire HR lifecycle, high service quality and compliance with all employment law and social security requirements
• Sparring partner for managers and competent advice on all HR and labour law issues as well as ensuring the legally compliant implementation of applicable labour law
• Optimisation and digitalisation of existing HR processes and HR instruments

Requirements profile

• Higher education or further training in Human Resources or a related field (finance, law) and several years of experience in a similar role
• Proven leadership experience
• Sound knowledge of Swiss labour law, social security system and payroll processing
• Ideally experience in the craft/industrial environment
• Integrity, foresight, open and pragmatic personality with a hands-on mentality – you want not only to steer strategically but also to get involved operationally
• Strong IT affinity and enthusiasm for digitalisation
• Confident German language skills as well as very good English and French skills, additional languages are an advantage
