Poor recruitment process
Spent five hours on job interviews with them. After 6 weeks I am still waiting for a feedback. I sent two emails as a follow up with no response at all.
Absolutely not recommended
Compared to other (insurance) companies, the application process is nicely lean. Online process from the last centuries, anonymous, slow reaction, no contact person, no email etc...
Poor online application system, no feedback
It is almost impossible to submit an application online in this system, it takes half an eternity until you log in at all. After the interview I waited for a feedback over one month and got a feedback only if I inquired by email. At the interview we were told "we will get back to you very soon"....
Base Top but Leadership.....
Good earning opportunities and many great employees (clerical workers).
Felted structures, no consistent strategy and technologically far behind the competition. And the belief that by saving hard, you can get even better.
Application process is bad - no contact person, no email, no telephone
Very quick cancellation, no reasons given. Automated EMail. Efficient processes, but not for the applicant.
You have to enter the entire CV in an antiquated tool. No direct application via LinkedIn possible. Letter of motivation is required. Something more modern would be good.
Cancellation within one day without giving reasons despite good profile match. Feedback would be good to avoid the suspicion of...more
For me it was a good experience to work for a large corporation.
Most employees have potential which is not promoted. Should be improved.
This company has a great groove and good employees. It's an insurance policy, but the employees look anything but dusty. Contrary to Cliché of the industry.
Very seriously managed recruitment process
The process was conducted very professionally by very competent experts. I was impressed by the reaction time and also by the availability of my contact person.
An acquaintance of mine was rejected with an automatically generated email. Maybe you could personalize them. However, I can also imagine that a company like Zurich would receive a lot of applications and that this would simplify the process for its employees.
Easy to apply, quick response
Applied via online portal and received feedback within 48 hours by phone call.
Got briefed on upcoming steps, who to meet and an confirmation email straight after.
Nothing as of yet as the interview process is just about to start, let’s hope it stays this way.
